A CRM With A Purpose

When I first started using The Customer Factor we instantly liked it. However, we were not fully utilizing it. I called a few times and received the help I needed for getting The Customer Factor linked to our website and things but then Steve reached out to me to let me know he is available to help me utilize the software to its fullest potential to help my business. Since then Steve has helped me even on Saturdays to implement the Big Proposal option as well as help us set up to accept card payments for our invoices, install our Customer agreement, COI, testimonials, as well as attach our logo to build our Big Proposal, he has even helped us get set up with Stripe so that we can accept card payments. Steve and his team at The Customer Factor are setting the standard of Customer Service!!!!! I Highly recommend The Customer Factor!!!!!

Thank you for telling me about the big proposal. At first I was hesitant because it had a lot of reading but it also has made our job easier with all of our documents included.
